Pack is a new product written by Vince
DelMonte that is supposed to be the complete roadmap of
abdominal exercises -- fat loss workouts -- fat shredding
nutritional information -- to getting a chiseled and cut
body. I figured that if it is as good as his previous book,
I should definitely review this one for my
readers.
The first things I noticed
when I was browsing the copy on Vince's new website was all the
before and after pictures of men and women that Vince was
mentoring for his new book. If anything, you should absolutely
go over there right now and see if these men and women could be
YOU!
And yeah, if you are a
woman... you should definitely take a look at the sales page...
scroll down about halfway to the before and after photos of
Jennifer Nicole Lee (she
appeared on "Oprah"). My point is... you won't have to look
all "hard" "veiny" or "muscular" with this ab program.
Jennifer looks awesome now... slim, toned & sexy.
But she didn't always look this way...
...So I went ahead and bought
the book, plus the upgrade package because I wanted to be able
to review everything Vince is offering... And oh geez... he
just gives you so much stuff for your money!
But lets see if I can just point out the
important things without complicating this review into a
Gordon Knot.
While reading this ebook
(this is a electronic book that you can download instantly.
In fact, all the bonuses are downloadable... books, dvds, audio
tapes. So there are no deliveries or shipping
costs)... Vince started off with 15 reasons that will
stop you from your goal... which is making a permanent life
goal of getting an amazing body and being healthy...
In fact, Vince said you WILL
have to make some changes in your perceptions... how you
train... how you approach nutrition... how you do your
abdominal exercises...
And he gives you good ideas
to get the support and motivation to keep with the program.
Because it won't be easy unless you are committed to the
plan.
And I think that is so
true... if getting a ripped body and 6 pack abs was THAT
easy... everybody would have 'em. Think about it this way...
about 70 percent of the population is overweight or obese. And
only about 2-3% of the rest has single digit body fat to show a
six pack abs. In so many words... getting a 6 pack abs is RARE
and you WILL STAND OUT in the crowd!
And as Vince says... you can see
his pictures above... having a six pack abs is TOTALLY
WORTH IT!
OK. Moving on... Vince also
said that you should keep your workouts simple. Don't go
overboard with repetitions, sets, timing and so on. It isn't
THAT important! What IS important however, is how intense your
workouts are. And Vince shows you how. There are three areas
that are covered here. Total body workouts, abdominal exercises
and cardio workouts.
And he lays it all out for
you... Nutrition, planning your nutrition (list of foods that
are ranked the best in your quest for six pack abs) and a
supplement plan.
I like having everything
figured out so I won't have to waste time doing the trial and
error approach which I call running around like a chicken with
its head cut off.
Now for the bonuses and
upgrades:
I really liked Vince
Delmonte's Virtual Trainer which is a web based program that
you have access to. It is very easy to use. What you will see
is a box with a column of exercises on the left side and two
diagrams of a person (front and back) with major muscles in
yellow.
What you do is click on the
muscle group you want to work on... for instance your chest.
After you click on it... you will see nine different exercises
that Vince DelMonte believes are effective workouts. And if you
click on one of those exercises... for instance, dumbell fly,
the box changes to a animated figure showing you EXACTLY how to
perform the exercise. Also, below that figure, Vince lists the
steps so you won't be confused or hurt yourself doing the
workout with improper form.
I also noticed that many of
the bonuses ebooks comes in both -- full color and text only
for printing. I liked that because you can't really take your
computer to the gym with you... and I hate having to print out
ebooks with a bunch of photos in them because it uses up the
ink in the printer. So this is a plus.
Another bonus that I really
like is the 24/7 Fitness Coach in which if you have any
questions NOT answered in the ebook or DVDs... you can email
them and they will give you a response within 48
hours.
And one last thing I wanted
to mention was Vince thought of everything for you in this fat
loss and abdominal exercises package... from DVDs of Vince
performing each workout to complete meal plans to help YOU on
your six pack ab quest! Even though Vince suggests that you
read his book, I like the idea that I don't always have to read
everything if I can watch it instead.
All in all... I think this
abdominal exercises
program is a must have for
those who are serious about sculpting their body and getting
their body fat percentage to single digits... to show off
your razor sharp abs.
I know this ab and fat loss
system will teach you how to eat and train -- so the guys can
take their shirt off anytime they like and the girls can wear
sexy and revealing clothing.
